Never Delegate Again

Most leaders pride themselves on being “great delegators.” They hand off tasks, trust their team, and expect results — but beneath this surface efficiency lies a trap. Shift from “Do this” to “What’s your plan?” or “What would success look like for you here?” This encourages thinking instead of compliance. Over time, this habit rewires a team’s confidence and creativity. And once that happens, leaders experience a new kind of freedom — one built not on micromanagement but on trust.
